HOW TO GET INVOLVED

The best way that you can get involved is just to come along to one of the meetings or any of our events. See the calendar page for more information.

Just how much you can get involved with the group depends on you. Pick and chose what suits you, there's no obligation to attend everything nor agree with everything we do!

Whether or not you want to join, you can sign up to our email list to get notices of events here.

Penistone Friends of the Earth is free to join.

We rely entirely on voluntary donations to keep the group going. Fortunately our overheads are very low. At the most, we suggest a nominal contribution towards the room hire of whatever you can afford at the time.

If you wish, you can donate to the national Friends of the Earth at their website: https://www.foe.co.uk/ and for a minimum regular direct debit of £3 per month you will receive a copy of the Friends of the Earth magazine, Earthmatters.
